Each month, each FreshChoice Supermarket makes a $500 donation to community groups and deserving individuals.  So far FreshChoice Supermarkets have given a total of $700,973.00 to their local communities. If you wish to apply please complete the application form , once completed hand in to the Customer Service Counter at your local FreshChoice Supermarket.
