Air Fryer Fruit Rolls
Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream. This also can be made with other fruit.
Ingredients
- 1x Apple
- 1x Banana
- 1x Tablespoon Brown Sugar
- Sprinkle of Cinnamon
- Lotus Biscoff Spread - as much as you like!
- 6x Rice Paper Rolls
Method
Apple Rolls
- Peel & slice Apples and mix in bowl with brown sugar.
- Wet rice paper until soft and add Apple mix in - roughly 4 slices.
- Roll and place on side plate.
- Place 6 rolls in air fryer on 200 degrees celsius for 20 minutes or until cooked.
Banana Rolls
- Peel and slice Banana.
- Wet rice paper until soft and add Banana mix in - roughly 2 slices.
- Smear a knife-size scoof of Biscoff spread on Banana.
- Roll and place on side plate.
- Place 6 rolls in air fryer on 200 degrees celsius for 20 minutes or until cooked.
