Almond Meal Healthy Fried Chicken
Serve with your favourite sauce and enjoy!
Ingredients
- 2x Chicken Breasts
- 2x Eggs
- 1 1/2 Cups Almond Meal
- 1x Tbsp Paprika
- 1x Tbsp Garlic Powder
- Oil of choice if not using air fryer
Method
- Cut chicken breast into desired size bites.
- Crack eggs into bowl and whisk until fully mixed.
- Pour Almond flour and spices into bowl and mix until fully combined.
- Take the chicken piece by piece, firsty dipping fully into the egg so it is coated, followed by secondly dipping in the Almond meal mixture until fully coated again.
- To cook, either place in an air fryer for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees, or fry in oil in a cooking pan.
- Serve with your favourite sauce and enjoy!
