Almond Meal Healthy Fried Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2x Chicken Breasts
  • 2x Eggs
  • 1 1/2 Cups Almond Meal
  • 1x Tbsp Paprika
  • 1x Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • Oil of choice if not using air fryer

Method

  1. Cut chicken breast into desired size bites.
  2. Crack eggs into bowl and whisk until fully mixed.
  3. Pour Almond flour and spices into bowl and mix until fully combined.
  4. Take the chicken piece by piece, firsty dipping fully into the egg so it is coated, followed by secondly dipping in the Almond meal mixture until fully coated again.
  5. To cook, either place in an air fryer for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees, or fry in oil in a cooking pan.
  6. Serve with your favourite sauce and enjoy!
