Antipasto Bruschetta

A tasty crowd-pleaser ready in just ten minutes!
Ingredients
- 1 loaf ciabatta
- 1 garlic clove peeled halved
- 1/4 cup basil pesto
- 2 antipasto selection
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Basil leaves to serve
Method
- Preheat chargrill pan on medium-high heat. Cook bread slices on both sides until toasted. Remove and rub 1 side of each slice with cut side of the garlic. Drizzle with a little oil.
- Place bread onto a serving platter. Top with pesto, antipasto selection and garnish with small basil leaves. Serve.
