Avocado Ice Cream
No ice cream maker needed
Be summer ready with this simple, refreshing homemade avocado ice cream recipe.
This creamy delicious treat requires no ice cream maker and is quick & easy to make.
Ingredients
- 2 Avocados
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 cup of coconut cream
- 2 tbsp sweetener (honey or rice malt)
Method
- Place the avocado flesh, coconut cream, sweetener and lemon juice into a food processor
- Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy
- Pour into a loaf pan and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving
