Avocado Tzatziki & Tomato Toast
A little bit hungry, try this!
200g Tzatziki Dip
1/2 avocado, peeled, seeded, finely chopped
4 large slices multigrain bread, toasted
2 ripe tomatoes, thinly sliced
Combine the tzatziki and avocado in a small bowl. Spoon evenly amoung the toast slices and gently spread with the back of the spoon. Top with tomato slices and serve immediately.
Hints & Tips
Use beetroot tzatziki or hummus for a flavour change.
