Banana and Coconut Balls
The kids will love these banana and coconut bliss balls as a snack in their school lunch box. They're quick to make, budget-friendly and are nutritionally approved.
Ingredients
- 3 bananas, roughly chopped
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 cups quick oats
- 1 tbs white chia seeds
- 1/3 cup desiccated coconut
Method
- Place all the ingredients, except coconut, in a food processor. Blitz for 20 seconds or until well combined. Place coconut in a bowl. Roll tablespoonfuls of mixture into balls, then roll in coconut to coat. Place on a large plate and refrigerate until ready to serve.
