Beef Brisket Tacos
It's never a bad time for tacos! This beef brisket taco recipe is perfect for alfresco dining. Using only five ingredients, it's an easy midweek dinner.
Ingredients
- 700g slow cooked beef brisket in a bourbon flavoured BBQ sauce
- 350g kaleslaw kit
- 1 green apple (cut into matchsticks)
- 460g soft tortillas
- barbecue sauce (to serve)
Method
- Cook beef as per packet instructions.
- Prepare kaleslaw as per packet instructions. Toss through apple.
- Thinly slice beef and toss through sauce from packet. Top tortillas with kaleslaw and beef, drizzle over barbecue sauce and serve.
