Berry Tacos

Satisfy your after-dinner cravings with these dessert tacos topped with fresh berries, chocolate and more chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbs icing sugar, to dust (to dust)
  • 50g unsalted butter, melted
  • 250g strawberries, sliced
  • 125g raspberries
  • 4 burrito tortillas
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 250g spreadable cream cheese
  • 200g choc hazelnut spread, plus extra to serve
  • 80g brown sugar

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Loosely roll lengths of aluminium foil to create a mould for tacos and place on tray. Brush both sides of 4 burrito tortillas with 50g unsalted butter, melted. Combine 80g brown sugar and 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon and sprinkle over tortillas.
  2. Drape tortillas over mould to make a taco shape and bake for 12 minutes or until golden and crisp. Combine 200g choc hazelnut spread and 250g cream cheese and divide among tacos.
  3. To serve, top with 250g strawberries, sliced, and 125g raspberries, drizzle with warmed extra choc spread and dust with icing sugar.
