Ingredients

  • Bread
  • Eggs
  • Chilli Peanut Crisp
  • Butter
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Dripping or oil for frying

Method

  1. Slice your favourite Grizzly bread and toast it to your liking.
  2. Heat a pan with enough dripping or oil to semi-shallow fry.
  3. Crack the eggs onto the hot pan so that the whites puff up. Baste the eggs with the hot oil.
  4. Butter the toasted bread.
  5. Place the fried eggs on top of the buttered toast. Cover with Bones Pickles chilli peanut crisp.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Your Chilli Peanut Eggs on Toast is ready to serve.
