Chilli Peanut Eggs on Toast
Method
- Slice your favourite Grizzly bread and toast it to your liking.
- Heat a pan with enough dripping or oil to semi-shallow fry.
- Crack the eggs onto the hot pan so that the whites puff up. Baste the eggs with the hot oil.
- Butter the toasted bread.
- Place the fried eggs on top of the buttered toast. Cover with Bones Pickles chilli peanut crisp.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Your Chilli Peanut Eggs on Toast is ready to serve.
