Cranberry Topped Baked Brie

Ingredients
- 125g Brie
- 1 ½ cup frozen cranberries
- ½ cup water
- 1 Tbsp honey (add more to taste for a sweeter sauce)
Method
Prepare Brie:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan assisted).
- Place the Brie on a tray lined with baking paper. Using a sharp knife score the top of the brie in a crisscross pattern.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melting and turning a golden colour.
- Remove from the oven. Spoon over cranberry sauce and serve with crackers or fresh baguette.
Prepare sauce:
- Place cranberries, water and honey into a small pot over high heat and bring to a boil. Stirring often.
- Once boiling turn down and simmer for approx five minutes, stirring often until desired consistency is reached.
- Taste and adjust sweetness to liking. Add more water if you want to thin the sauce out.
