Creamy Mango Puree
Try this mango and banana blend for a nourishing purée your little one will love.
Method
- Cut cheeks from both sides of the mango, scoop out flesh and transfer to a food processor.
- Add banana and yoghurt. Purée mixture until smooth.
Handy Tips
Divide purée into ice-cube trays and place in freezer. Freeze until solid. Transfer to a snap-lock bag until needed. For older kids, these can be made with apple or orange juice and frozen into larger ice blocks. Creamy mango purée can also be used by adults in smoothies, desserts and mocktails.
