Crunchy Nutella Tarts

With a crispy crust and irresistibly creamy filling, these scrumptious Nutella tarts deliver a delightful explosion of flavours that will leave you craving more.

Ingredients

  • 250g butternut biscuits
  • 100g unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup Nutella®
  • 1/4 cup blanched hazelnuts, toasted, coarsely chopped
  • 125g raspberries

Method

  1. Process biscuits until fine crumbs form. Add butter and blitz until combined. Spoon 1 tbs mixture into each hole of a 12-hole, 1-½-tablespoon-capacity silicone mini muffin pan. Chill for 30 minutes or until bases are set.
  2. Remove bases from tray and spoon 1 heaped tsp Nutella® into each base. Coarsely chop hazelnuts. Sprinkle tarts with hazelnuts and top with raspberries. Serve.
