Dijon & Ginger Ham Glaze


  • 1 cooked ham on the bone
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 cup Anathoth Farm Marmalade with Ginger
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  1. Mix the Marmalade with Ginger, sugar and Dijon mustard together and spread all over the ham.
  2. Baste the ham generously, bakeand continue to glaze throughoutthe cooking process.
