Easy Halloween Cheeseburgers
Add some fright to your burgers this Halloween with this Jack-o-lantern inspired cheeseburger recipe. So easy to make and ready in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 500g beef burger patties
- 4 smokey cheese slices
- 4 hamburger rolls, halved, toasted
- 2 gherkins, thinly sliced lengthways
- 1 Tbsp tomato sauce
Method
- Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook burgers for 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Set aside on a plate lined with paper towels.
- Cut halloween faces from cheese slices, then place over beef burgers.
- Preheat oven grill on high. Place burgers on a large tray lined with foil, then grill for 1 minute or until cheese has slightly melted.
- Top roll bases with gherkins, burgers and sauce, then serve.
