Egg Fried Rice
Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked & cooled rice
- 4 tbs vegetable oil
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 tbs Msg/Chicken Bouillon
- 1 tbs soy sauce
- 3 spring onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and Pepper, to tate
- Additional: Add 1 cup of vegetables of your choice
Method
- In a large pan or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Pour 3 beaten eggs into the wok and scramble until fluffy and soft, set aside. Scramble the remaining egg in the wok/pan then add some minced garlic (do not burn otherwise it will taste bitter).
- Add the cooked rice to the pan. Mix everything together, continuing to toast rice until a little crispy and golden.
- Add chicken bouillon, pour soy sauce over the rice and stir well.
- Toss in chopped spring onions and stir-fry for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Taste and add salt & pepper as required.
- Fried Rice is ready to be served. Enjoy!
