Filo Brie Parcels

Golden and crunchy on the outside, warm and gooey on the inside. These filo brie parcels are un-brie-lievably good!
Ingredients
- 2 sheets leftover filo pastry
- 40g butter, melted
- 2 x 125g brie rounds
- 2 Tbsp fig & walnut paste
- grapes and walnuts, to serve
Method
- Preheat oven to 190°c. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Brush one filo sheet with butter and fold in half to form a square. Brush top with a little more butter.
- Place a brie round in the centre of filo and spread with fig paste. Fold pastry over brie to enclose. Place onto tray. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden. Cool for 15 minutes before serving. Serve with grapes and walnuts.
