Garlic and Thyme Lamb Steaks

Goes well with a side salad or blanched vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1.3kg Lamb Leg Steaks
  • 1 ½ tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 ½ tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 ½ tsp Crushed Garlic
  • 1 ½ tsp Onion Powder
  • 4 tsp Fresh Thyme (minced)
  • 1 ½ tblsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Season the lamb with salt/pepper/garlic/onion powder.
  2. Heat up frypan to medium/high heat.
  3. Add olive oil
  4. Cook 3 minutes each side.
  5. Add Thyme and rest of 1 minute.
  6. Serve.
