Garlic and Thyme Lamb Steaks
Full of flavour, quick and easy to prepare
- 1.3kg Lamb Leg Steaks
- 1 ½ tsp Sea Salt
- 1 ½ tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1 ½ tsp Crushed Garlic
- 1 ½ tsp Onion Powder
- 4 tsp Fresh Thyme (minced)
- 1 ½ tblsp Olive Oil
- Season the lamb with salt/pepper/garlic/onion powder.
- Heat up frypan to medium/high heat.
- Add olive oil
- Cook 3 minutes each side.
- Add Thyme and rest of 1 minute.
