Garlic Bread

Ingredients
- 200g salted butter, chopped
- 2 tbs garlic paste
- 1/4 cup continental parsley leaves, finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
- 1 tsp sea salt flakes
- 2 pkts half baguettes, halved lengthways
Method
- Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced.
- Place butter in a heatproof, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave, covered, on high for 20 seconds or until butter softens. Stir in garlic paste, parsley, pepper and salt until smooth and combined.
- Brush cut sides of baguettes with butter mixture. Press baguette halves back together and wrap in foil to enclose.
- Bake for 12 minutes or until bread is golden and crisp. Cut into pieces and serve.
