Hubbards Raspberry & White Chocolate Crumble
Ingredients
Granola base:
- 30g Hubbards Very Fancy Raspberry and White Chocolate granola
- 30g softened butter
Cream cheese filling:
- 250g cream cheese
- 100g fresh cream
- 100g sugar
- 1g salt
- 2 eggs
Granola base/crumble:
- 350g Hubbards Very Fancy Raspberry and White Chocolate granola
- 300g softened butter
- 330g white chocolate
- 150g desiccated coconut
- 200g condensed milk
Raspberry jam (dollop)
Method
- Mix granola base with softened butter, coconut, condensed milk and chocolate.
- Lay the mix in a baking pan with baking paper.
- Add cream cheese filling; pipe raspberry jam and swirl on the cream cheese layer.
- Bake at 160 degrees fan forced for 50 minutes.
