Lamb & Slaw Burgers
Make the most of leftover lamb with this lamb burger recipe. The addition of a coleslaw kit makes this recipe perfect for the midweek dinner rush.
Ingredients
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 400g leftover cooked lamb, thinly sliced
- 400g Woolworths tangy & crunchy coleslaw kit
- 4 brioche burger buns, split, toasted
- 1/2 cup sweet spiced gherkins, drained, thickly sliced
Method
- Place sauces and vinegar in a medium bowl and stir to combine. Add lamb and toss to coat.
- Combine coleslaw, noodles and half of the dressing from kit in a medium bowl. Season.
- Spread bun bases with remaining dressing. Top with lamb mixture, slaw and gherkins. Serve.
