Lemon & Macadamia Oil Dressing
An easy & versatile dressing
Method
- Place 1/3 cup Macadamia Oil, 1 tsp lemon zest, 2 tbs lemon juice, 1/2 tsp caster sugar and 1 tsp chopped chives in a screwtop jar.
- Season. Seal with lid and shake until combined.
- Combine 120g pkt mixed salad leaves, 2 chopped Lebanese cucumbers and 1 sliced avocado in a bowl.
- Drizzle over dressing and serve.
