Mexican Chicken Tortillas
Ingredients
- 1 avocado (chopped)
- 8 flour tortillas
- 400g red kidney beans (rinsed and drained)
- 1 pkt Maggi Chilli Con Carne recipe base
- 1/2 skinless chicken breast fillets (shredded)
- 1 1/2 cup tasty cheese shredded
- 400g crushed tomatoes
Method
- In a large frying pan, add chicken, crushed tomatoes, kidney beans, and combined Maggi chilli con carne and 1/2 cup (125mL) water, bring to the boil, stirring.
- Heat tortillas until softened, serve with chicken mixture, avocado, and cheese.
