Mexican Chicken Tortillas

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado (chopped)
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 400g red kidney beans (rinsed and drained)
  • 1 pkt Maggi Chilli Con Carne recipe base
  • 1/2 skinless chicken breast fillets (shredded)
  • 1 1/2 cup tasty cheese shredded
  • 400g crushed tomatoes

Method

  1. In a large frying pan, add chicken, crushed tomatoes, kidney beans, and combined Maggi chilli con carne and 1/2 cup (125mL) water, bring to the boil, stirring.
  2. Heat tortillas until softened, serve with chicken mixture, avocado, and cheese.
