Pulled Pork Burgers
Incorporate the flavour of slow-cooked pork into your burgers with this mouth-watering and easy pulled pork burger recipe.
Ingredients
- 650g slow cooked pork ribs in a smokey BBQ sauce
- 450g coleslaw kit
- 4 brioche buns (split, toasted)
- 2 tbs burger sauce
Method
- Cook ribs as per packet instructions.
- Make coleslaw as per packet instructions.
- Pull meat from ribs and toss through cooking juices. Top bun bases with burger sauce, coleslaw and pork, then top with bun lids and serve.
