Rice Bubbles Slice


  • 100g butter
  • 100g Chelsea White Sugar
  • 1½ Tbso honey
  • 3-5 cups of rice bubbles


  1. Melt the butter, Chelsea White Sugar, & honey in a saucepan.
  2. When melted, boil for 3 mins, take off the heat & add rice bubbles, mix in.
  3. Put in a tin & leave to cool before cutting into squares.
