Seedy Tamari Crackers
Ingredients
- 2 tsp tamari
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup pepitas
- 1/4 cup linseeds
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Combine all ingredients with 1 cup water in a medium bowl and stand for 5 minutes to thicken.
- Spread mixture thinly on tray and bake for 30 minutes. Remove from tray and cut into 16 squares. Turn squares over carefully, return to oven and bake for a further 15-20 minutes or until just brown at the edges and crispy. Cool completely before storing in an airtight container for 1 week.
