Smoked Salmon Bagel
Ingredients
- 100g Tassal Smoked Salmon
- 120g spreadable cream cheese
- 1 tsp capers, finely chopped
- 1 tsp dill, finely chopped
- 1 tsp parsley, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp lemon rind, finely grated
- 2 mixed seed bagels
- 1/4 small iceberg lettuce
- 1 cucumber, sliced into ribbons
- micro cress or sprouts (to serve)
Method
- In a small bowl combine the cream cheese, capers, herbs and lemon rind. Stir to combine.
- Slice bagels in half and spread with the herbed cream cheese. Cut two thick slices of lettuce and place on top of the cream cheese. Top with a generous amount of smoked salmon and serve with cucumber ribbons and a scatter of fresh herbs.
