Sparkling Cocktail With Iced Strawberries
Ingredients
- 8 strawberries
- 2 tbs pomegranate arils
- 2 tbs pomegranate juice, chilled
- 750ml sparkling moscato
Method
- Hull 8 strawberries and freeze.
- Pour 2 tbs chilled pomegranate juice or cranberry juice into each champagne flute. Top with chilled sparkling wine.
- Add a frozen strawberry and pomegranate arils to each flute.
