Sparkling Rose Punch
Ingredients
- 2 tbs cointreau
- 1 bunch mint
- 1 punnet raspberries
- 2 cup lemonade, chilled
- 750ml rose, chilled
Method
- Place a raspberry and a mint leaf in each hole of an ice-cube tray. Top with water. Freeze. Combine chilled rose, chilled lemonade and Cointreau in a punch bowl with ice cubes. Ladle punch into glasses. Garnish with extra raspberries.
