Tiny Bread 'n' Butter Pudding for One

A whip it together no fuss dessert
Treat yourself to this traditional dessert that doesn't compromise on flavour.
Ingredients
- 2 thin slices of bread
- 1 Tbsp sultanas
- ¾ cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp Chelsea white sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla essence
- cinnamon
Method
- Cut the bread into small pieces and place with the sultanas in a small baking dish.
- Beat milk, egg, sugar and vanilla essence together. Pour over the bread and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bake at 180ºC for 20-25 minutes until the custard is set.
- Serve with a little cream or ice cream.
