Ingredients

  • 600g white cooking chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 50g dried mango, sliced crossways
  • 100g raw macadamias
  • 50g banana chips
  • 40g caramel toasted coconut chips

Method

  1. Melt chocolate in microwave in 30 second intervals, for two minutes or until half-melted. Stir half-melted chocolate by hand to melt the remaining.
  2. Pour melted chocolate into clean shallow baking tray (see tip) and sprinkle with toppings. Refrigerate for one hour or until completely firm.
  3. Remove from fridge when firm. Turn tray upside down over a chopping board and tap firmly on the bench to release the chocolate. Break into shards to serve.
