White Christmas Fruit & Nut Chocolate
Create your own bespoke festive treat with this White Christmas Fruit & Nut Chocolate recipe. Package and gift to your nearest and dearest.
Ingredients
- 600g white cooking chocolate, broken into pieces
- 50g dried mango, sliced crossways
- 100g raw macadamias
- 50g banana chips
- 40g caramel toasted coconut chips
Method
- Melt chocolate in microwave in 30 second intervals, for two minutes or until half-melted. Stir half-melted chocolate by hand to melt the remaining.
- Pour melted chocolate into clean shallow baking tray (see tip) and sprinkle with toppings. Refrigerate for one hour or until completely firm.
- Remove from fridge when firm. Turn tray upside down over a chopping board and tap firmly on the bench to release the chocolate. Break into shards to serve.
