Banana and Coconut balls

The kids will love these banana and coconut bliss balls as a snack in their school lunch box. They're quick to make, budget-friendly and are nutritionally approved.

Ingredients

  • 3 bananas, roughly chopped
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 cups quick oats
  • 1 tbs white chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup desiccated coconut

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients, except coconut, in a food processor. Blitz for 20 seconds or until well combined. Place coconut in a bowl. Roll tablespoonfuls of mixture into balls, then roll in coconut to coat. Place on a large plate and refrigerate until ready to serve.
