White Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries

Method

1. Wash strawberries before drying them with a paper towel. Ensure they are dry.
2. Break white chocolate into pieces and place into a heatproof bowl.
3. Sit the bowl over a saucepan of simmering water but without touching the bottom of the bowl. Stir until melted and smooth.
4. Line a plate or tray with baking paper. Dip strawberries into chocolate until coated and place onto baking paper to set.
