FreshChoice Picton helped out the local St John Crew by donating $70 of the Local Community Fund that went towards supplying shacks and refreshments for the Relay for Life event.

The Relay for Life was an 18 hour event that was held at Lansdowne Park where about 400 Marlborough locals took part to raise funds for cancer research. The St John's were there covering 1st Aid and taking part in the walk.
