Entry Mechanic for “Win a Year Supply of Eco Planet Household Cleaning Products”

Promotion:

1. Purchase Requirement: To enter the promotion, participants must purchase any Eco
Planet household cleaning product(s) from participating retailers during the promotion
period.
2. Proof of Purchase: Participants must retain their proof of purchase (receipt) as it may
be required to validate their entry in case they win.
3. Entry Submission: Upon making a purchase, participants will find a designated entry
box located at the front of the store. Participants are required to fill out an entry form
provided by the promoter. The entry form will require the following information:
- Full name
- Email address
- Contact number
- Date of purchase
- Retailer’s name and location

4. Proof of Purchase: Participants must retain their original proof of purchase (receipt)
as it may be required to validate their entry in case they win.
5. Confirmation: After completing the entry form, participants will drop it into the entry
box provided at the store's front desk. Each entry form must be placed in the entry
box individually.
6. Limitations:
- Each purchase of an Eco Planet product entitles the participant to one entry
into the promotion. Multiple purchases will result in multiple entries, provided
each entry corresponds to a unique proof of purchase. Example: 5 Eco Planet
products purchased = 5 entries.
- Entries must be submitted within the promotion period to be considered valid.
7. Verification: Entries will be subject to verification by the promoter. Any entry that is
incomplete, illegible, or does not meet the entry requirements will be disqualified.
8. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected via a random draw from all eligible entries
received during the promotion period. The draw will be conducted within 60 days of
the promotion's end date.
9. Notification: Winners will be notified by email/phone within 60 days of the draw. They
will be required to provide further information to verify their eligibility and claim the
prize.
10. Public Announcement: The names of the winners may be announced publicly on
Fresh Choice’s and Quantum Pacific’s website or social media channels following the
notification.
11. Data Protection: Personal information collected during the entry process will be used
solely for the administration of the promotion and will not be shared with third parties
without consent.

Terms and Conditions for “Win a Year Supply of Eco Planet Household Cleaning Package” Promotion:

1. Promotion Period: The promotion begins on 15/04/2024 and ends on 28/04/2024.
2. Eligibility: This promotion is open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 years and
over, except employees or contractors of participating stores and their immediate
families, as well as anyone else professionally connected with the promotion. You
must have made an eligible purchase and consent to Fresh Choice and Quantum
Pacific using your name, photo, hometown and image for publicity and promotional
purposes.
3. How to Enter: To enter, participants must purchase any Eco Planet household
cleaning product(s) during the promotion period from participating retailers. Each unit
purchased of an Eco Planet product will count as one entry into the promotion.
Example: 5 Eco Planet products purchased = 5 entries.
4. Prize: There will be a total of five (5) winners nationwide. Each winner will receive a year's supply of Eco Planet Laundry Liquid 2L, Eco Planet Toilet Cleaner 500ml, Eco
Planet Dishwasher Tablets 30s, Eco Planet Manual Dish Liquid 500ml. Redeemable
at participating retailers, where Quantum Pacific will supply the products.
5. Winner Selection: The winners will be selected by a random draw, conducted within
60 days of the promotion's end date, from all eligible entries received during the
promotion period.
6. Notification of Winners: The winners will be notified by email/phone within 60 days of
the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days
of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a
replacement winner.
7. Publicity: By entering the promotion, participants agree to participate in any publicity
or promotional activities regarding the promotion, including the use of their name and
likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
8. General Conditions:
a. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
b. The winner, upon being contacted, must provide the original receipt as proof
of purchase to claim the prize. Photocopies or duplications will not be
accepted.
c. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these
terms and conditions without notice.
d. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the promotion will
be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
e. By participating in this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these
terms and conditions.

9. Data Protection: Any personal information provided by participants will be used solely
for the purposes of administering this promotion and will not be disclosed to a third
party without the entrant's prior consent.
