March 2023 Recipients

Congratulations to our March Community Fund Recipients

FreshChoice Te Ngae: donated $500 to the Australasian Police and Emergency Games. 

FreshChoice Papamoa: supported the Papamoa War Memorial Trust by giving them $250. $500 was also given to support the recovery from Cyclone Gabrielle. Later in March the Pacific Lakes Bowling Club received $100, Papamoa Tennis Club were given $660 and $50 supported the Waipuna Hospice Club. An additional $200 was given to the Tauranga Fish and Dive Club.

FreshChoice Westport: collectively donated $500 in March. $250 went to the Buller Volleyball Club and another $250 went to support Westport South School. 

FreshChoice Cromwell: gave $150 to the Cromwell Promotions Group, $200 went to the Bannockburn Bowling Club, $150 was received by the Cromwell Squash Club and $250 supported the Cromwell Swimming Club.

FreshChoice Omokoroa: donated $1000 to the Omokoroa Boat Club.

FreshChoice Nelson: supported The Professional Theatre Company by giving them $750. 

FreshChoice Takaka: donated $250 to the Popcorn Turtles Book Club and another $250 supported the Golden Bay High School Adventure Racing Team. 

FreshChoice Mangere Bridge:  gave Mangere Bridge School $150 for their Sausage Sizzle for Sports Day. $500 went to support the Tautua Programme.

FreshChoice Roslyn: gave $460 to the Roslyn Wakari Association Football Club and an additional $100 went to the Rotary Club. 

FreshChoice Prebbleton: gave Tai Tapu Golf Club Ladies Annual Tournament and Cyclone Disaster Fundraising event $380. Down by the Liffey Gallery Lincoln received $184 for a replacement street-side flat $184. Halswell Pottery Group were donated $100 for their annual exhibition event.

FreshChoice Richmond: gave $200 to Mike Hrynkiw for a fundraiser to support Ukraine and $300 went to the Hybrid Bikes fundraiser for the Nelson Tasman Hospice.

FreshChoice Greytown: donated $500 to the Greytown Toy Library.

FreshChoice Half Moon Bay: supported the Lions Club Meat Raffle by providing $240. Owairoa Primary School Quiz night received $150 and the Eastgate Christian Center were given $150.

FreshChoice Epsom: donated $150 to Remuera Montesorri and another $150 went to the Tri Star Gymnastics Club.

FreshChoice Barrington: donated a collective amount of $500 in March. $250 went to the Cashmere Kids First Kindergarten and the other $250 was given to the Cashmere High School Volleyball team.

FreshChoice Picton: Picton Foodbank were given $471.75, Picton Senior Citizens Club received $60, and the Marina Cove Village Breast Cancer Fundraiser brunch were donated $50. The Picton RSA Anzac commemoration were donated $400, and the Picton Vets received $50.
