FreshChoice Competition Terms:
Taste Journey Passport

These competition terms (Terms) apply to the FreshChoice Taste Journey (Competition) run by FreshChoice Supermarkets/Wholesale Distributors Limited (WDL) New Zealand held on and around Cuba Street, Wellington, NZ at the CubaDupa 2024 event. Entry into the Competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms.

The Competition runs from 12pm Saturday 23rd March to 6pm Sunday 24th March 2024 (Competition Period). All entries received outside the Competition Period will not be entered into the Competition.

Who can enter

To be eligible to enter the Competition, you must:
- be at least 18 years of age at the time the Competition is drawn; and
- provide a mobile phone number that you have access to that day; and
You are not eligible to enter the Competition if you are an employee or agent of FreshChoice or its related entities, or a member of a FreshChoice employee or agent's immediate family.
FreshChoice shall have sole and final determination as to which entries are genuine and therefore eligible to take part in this Competition. FreshChoice reserves the right, to disqualify any Competition entrant where FreshChoice, in its sole discretion believes the entrant has breached any of these Terms, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any misconduct to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Competition.

How to enter

To enter the Competition, you must, during the Competition Period gain 6 stamps from the FreshChoice Sampling stations at CubaDupa.
Stamp collection must be complete in the official FreshChoice Taste Journey Passport. To be valid, correct name and contact information must be written in the Passport.
You can only enter the Competition once.
FreshChoice assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation unauthorised access to or alteration of Competition entries.

Winner selection and notification

The winner of the Competition will be chosen by the following:

One participant will be randomly drawn.
Winner must:
- respond to FreshChoice within 48 hours to accept the prize.
The selection of the winner by FreshChoice is final.
The winner agrees to let FreshChoice use their name in any media, without charge, in any publicity about the Competition.
If the winner is not able or available to accept the Prize on the agreed date for any reason, the Prize will be deemed to be forfeited and FreshChoice may award the Prize to another entrant.
All other costs associated with redeeming a Prize, are the responsibility and at the cost of the winner.

Prize details

There is one Prize to be won.
The winner of the Competition will win a $500 FreshChoice voucher and a $2000 Flight Centre travel voucher to be delivered to a street address in New Zealand on a date in 2024 agreed between FreshChoice and the Winner (Prize).
The Prize is not transferrable or refundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
In the event that the Prize or any part of the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason the provision of an alternative Prize, will be supplied at FreshChoice's discretion.
The use of the travel voucher is subject to the terms and conditions setup by Flight Centre and the terms of their vouchers.

Privacy

Personal information provided by Competition entrants will be used by FreshChoice for the purpose of conducting this Competition and otherwise in accordance with FreshChoice's Privacy Policy.

General

FreshChoice reserves the right to amend, vary, extend or discontinue a Competition at any stage, for any reason without prior notice.
FreshChoice and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special, or consequential loss or loss of profits) or damage or personal injury or death suffered or sustained in connection with this Competition or the acceptance or use of any Prize (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law, in which case it will be excluded to the minimum allowable by law.
These Terms are governed by New Zealand law.
