Ingredients

  • 3 bananas
  • 3 tbs maple syrup
  • 2 tbs cacoa nibs
  • 1/3 cup flaked almonds
  • 1/2 cup soy milk
  • 2 tbs smooth peanut butter, to serve

Method

  1. Blitz together two bananas, soy milk, 1 tbs peanut butter, ice and maple syrup in a blender until smooth.
  2. Slice remaining banana. Divide smoothie mixture into two bowls and serve with sliced banana, cacao nibs, flaked almonds and a drizzle of the extra tbs of peanut butter.
