Ingredients

  • 1 large mango, skin and pip removed
  • 2 cups pineapple, skin removed and diced
  • 1 frozen banana, skin removed
  • Toppings are chopped grapes, walnuts and coconut flakes, you can also use other nuts, seeds, fresh berries and yoghurt

Method

  1. Place ingredients into a blender or food processor
  2. Process until combined, the texture will be thick but runny
  3. Transfer into bowls and sprinkle over your favourite nuts, seeds and fresh fruit
