BBQ Steak, Nectarine & Asparagus Salad
Ingredients
- 2 bunch asparagus (halved)
- 2 nectarines, pitted (sliced into wedges)
- 270g creamy & crunchy salad kit
- 400g porterhouse steaks with herb & garlic butter
Method
- Preheat a barbecue or chargrill pan over medium-high heat. Bring steaks to room temperature. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook steaks for 3 minutes on one side. Turn, add butter discs from packet and cook for 2 minutes. Transfer to a plate and cover.
- Meanwhile, cook nectarine and asparagus for 3 minutes, turning often, or until charred on all sides.
- Slice steaks. Add to salad with nectarine and asparagus. From the salad kit, drizzle over dressing and top with feta and walnuts.
