BBQ Steak, Nectarine & Asparagus Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 bunch asparagus (halved)
  • 2 nectarines, pitted (sliced into wedges)
  • 270g creamy & crunchy salad kit
  • 400g porterhouse steaks with herb & garlic butter

Method

  1. Preheat a barbecue or chargrill pan over medium-high heat. Bring steaks to room temperature. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook steaks for 3 minutes on one side. Turn, add butter discs from packet and cook for 2 minutes. Transfer to a plate and cover.
  3. Meanwhile, cook nectarine and asparagus for 3 minutes, turning often, or until charred on all sides.
  4. Slice steaks. Add to salad with nectarine and asparagus. From the salad kit, drizzle over dressing and top with feta and walnuts.
