Mango and Pineapple Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
- 1 large mango, skin and pip removed
- 2 cups pineapple, skin removed and diced
- 1 frozen banana, skin removed
- Toppings are chopped grapes, walnuts and coconut flakes, you can also use other nuts, seeds, fresh berries and yoghurt
Method
- Place ingredients into a blender or food processor
- Process until combined, the texture will be thick but runny
- Transfer into bowls and sprinkle over your favourite nuts, seeds and fresh fruit
