New Zealand Lamb Chops Marinade

A delicious marinate for your lamb dish.

This marinade won't disappoint in flavour for your lamb chops.


  • ½ cup dry red wine
  • ½ cup dry red wine
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup finely chopped shallot
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
  • ¼ tsp thyme
  • ¼ tsp fresh ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt


  1. Place lamb in a dish just large enough to hold meat.
  2. Whisk marinade ingredients together andpour over top. Refrigerate for 4 hours, turning once.
  3. Drain, and cook as desired.
