
New Zealand Lamb Chops Marinade
A delicious marinate for your lamb dish.

Ingredients
- ½ cup dry red wine
- ½ cup dry red wine
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- ¼ cup finely chopped shallot
- 1 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
- ¼ tsp thyme
- ¼ tsp fresh ground black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Place lamb in a dish just large enough to hold meat.
- Whisk marinade ingredients together andpour over top. Refrigerate for 4 hours, turning once.
- Drain, and cook as desired.
