Marinated Pork Chops
Never have another tough and dry pork chop after you've made this recipe for the juiciest pork chops.
Ingredients
- 2 tbs brown sugar
- 25ml olive oil
- 50ml soy sauce
- 2 tsp chilli garlic sauce
- 2 tbs worcestershire sauce
- 4 sprigs thyme
- 4 300g pork chops
- 5ml non-stick cooking spray
Method
- Mix the brown sugar, olive oil, soy sauce, chilli garlic sauce, Worcestershire sauce and thyme together.
- Add the pork chop to a Ziplock bag or baking dish pouring the marinade overtop, letting the pork chops marinade overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium-heat for 10 minutes, patting the pork chops dry using kitchen towel.
- Coat the grill with non-stick cooking spray, adding the pork chop to the barbecue.
- Cook each side for 6-8 minutes while brushing with the marinade. Give the pork a quarter turn halfway through cooking each side.
- Once the pork chops have reached 62°C on a kitchen thermometer, remove them from the grill letting them rest for 5 minutes.
