Marinated Pork Chops v2

Never have another tough and dry pork chop after you've made this recipe for the juiciest pork chops.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbs brown sugar
  • 25ml olive oil
  • 50ml soy sauce
  • 2 tsp chilli garlic sauce
  • 2 tbs worcestershire sauce
  • 4 sprigs thyme
  • 4 300g pork chops
  • 5ml non-stick cooking spray

Method

  1. Mix the brown sugar, olive oil, soy sauce, chilli garlic sauce, Worcestershire sauce and thyme together.
  2. Add the pork chop to a Ziplock bag or baking dish pouring the marinade overtop, letting the pork chops marinade overnight.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-heat for 10 minutes, patting the pork chops dry using kitchen towel.
  4. Coat the grill with non-stick cooking spray, adding the pork chop to the barbecue.
  5. Cook each side for 6-8 minutes while brushing with the marinade. Give the pork a quarter turn halfway through cooking each side.
  6. Once the pork chops have reached 62°C on a kitchen thermometer, remove them from the grill letting them rest for 5 minutes.
